• 2 - Questionnaire + Consultation

If we have your date available we send over a detailed questionnaire to help us fully understand your vision! From there we will schedule a 30 minute video consultation to go over the questionnaire in detail.

Consultations are booked Mondays and Tuesday 11 am - 5 pm. You may invite your planner and one support person to join the video chat!

• 3 - Contract & Retainer

After our consultation we will put together a detailed vision board and pricing. From there you will have 1 week to review and reserve your date.

We require a 50% deposit and signed contract to move forward with the booking process.

• 4 - Design process

Once you are fully booked we move into the design process. 4 - 6 months before your we will meet for our second consultation to go over design details and full vision.

Here we will go over materials, color palette, wording, typography, and our design & production timeline.

3 - 4 weeks from our second consultation you will receive a full design proposal to review. Revisions may be requested at this time.

• 5 - Production

Full production will begin 1 - 2 months before your event.

• 5 - Celebration

The Olive & Twig team will arrive, install and tear down the day of your event, ensuring your day is worry free!
